- The vans become effective tools of communication through their external décor wherein the messages from the government can be clearly expressed in pictures, slogans and captions.
- These Mobile Vehicles along with 4-5 Artists shall Disseminate the welfare programs and other beneficial information through Traditional Art forms with the use of Modern Equipment installed in the Mobile Vehicle.
