- Team Janahitha, will study, analyze and understand the proposed schemes/projects by taking inputs from the concerned departments.
- Scripts Written by experts, Involving Humor, Entertainment with local lingo and dialect to grab the attention of the Masses.
- Scripts and Designs are submitted to the department for approval.
- Theme based Professional training would be given by resource team to all the Artists in consultation with department officials.
- Starts with a morning van tour in the decided village, announcing and inviting public for the evening show through special songs composed on the theme
- Village Head and Prominent People of the Village are invited to the Venue
- The evening programme would be held at a prominent and convenient place for all the public to attend
- Shows would be performed as per the theme based scripts written and practiced by well trained and experienced artists
- Films and Documentaries on Government schemes shall be telecasted in between the show.
- Government departments Boucher, Pamphlets and other publicity materials shall be distributed among the public
- Vehicle crew consist of Five Artists, Technician, Supervisor and Coordinator for reporting at District level officials on daily basis
- The entire show would be executed with perfect planning and by taking care of all the technical and infrastructural facilities; from lighting to sound to stage to public’s seating, convenience and movement, climate etc
